The Conference is over for another year
Well its over for another year and what a conference it was!!
From the opening Key Note by our new WA Museum CEO Alec Coles to the final de-brief and panel discussion on disasters, we were kept engaged, entertained and inspired.
On behalf of the staff and committee at Musuems Australia WA we would like to thank everyone who participated over the last three days in making this a memorable experience for all.
Photos will be posted (as soon as I can locate the battery charger!!!) and I encourage everyone else to post some of their images as well.
We invited delegates to write themselves a postcard, which will be posted back to them in one month, reminding them of one thing they propose to do as a result of attending the conference. For those who are willing to share we invite you to post your "To-Do" list here as well.
We will also share with you some of the presentations and papers, as soon as we receive permissions from speakers to do so.
Farewell Kalgoorlie, and next time I am definately going to get out to Lake Ballard!!!

I was disappointed not to get to Kalgoorlie for the conference this year. Good to hear that it was as engaging and inspiring as the previous two conferences were and I look forward to hearing more about it. I will hopefully be at the next one to catch up with friends old and new!
