Queens Birthday Honours

Congratulations to

Western Australian Museum chief executive officer Alec Coles on his inclusion in the 2010 Queen’s Birthday Honours List as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). Mr Coles was honoured for his contribution to the museum sector in the United Kingdom.

Sally Anne Hasluck, who we reccently recognised for her contribution to museums in WA and nationally with a Life Membership, has now been recognised by the wider community and has been awarded a Medal in the General Division of the Order of Australia
